The following are some guidelines to help you navigate through our new website and member page. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call us at 801-988-9925.  Our website is still the same address,

For New Membership:

  1. Click on Join Us.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select a membership level and click next.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and fill in your email and answer the security check question, click next.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and fill in all the fields, click next.
    • If you are a student please use the following format for UFZA #1 and Graduation date.   UFZA#1:  instructors initials, your initials and the date (MMDDYY), for ex., GPTS072820.  Graduation date:  student
  5.  Complete payment information.
  6. Once your application is approved you will receive an email and password to help you log into your account.

For Existing Members:

  1. Login with your email and password.  If you don't have one click on forgot password to reset it.
  2. Once in Member Profile you will have access to information you can change and/or update, plus you will be able to access your membership card for your phone and to print off.
